I am writing to request a refund under the visa rejection policy for my booking (Booking ID: NN2AKDOA78388685538) for travel from Mumbai to Sydney.
At the time of booking and cancellation, it was clearly communicated on your platform that a refund could be claimed in case of visa rejection upon cancellation of the flight since I took the “money trip visa refund / protection guarantee. Based on this understanding, I proceeded to cancel my booking.
I haven’t heard back even for my previous mail for the same. This is a serious case and I ask upon your action.
However, after cancellation, I am unable to find any option to raise a claim for the visa rejection refund under “My Trips” or any related section. This is concerning, as I relied on the stated policy while making my decision.
