I lost 850/-. Ordered 12 chocos. No response. Neither on mobile nor on whatsapp.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

Any action taken on Ditch the guilt yet and anyone aware of it ? Concerning part is they have this audacity like the transactions are still being done on the website and they are promoting ads for the things they are not delivering since months. Not sure how no action has been taken yet and they are fooling people.
 
I faced the same fraud. I had placed an order on 8 April faced the same fraud. ) , it has been 1 week and it's still showing as Confirmed. It was a prepaid order of ₹480 I tired contacting them via email but the email address doesn't exist. They didn't even respond on WhatsApp and there's no number available for calling.

They are one cheater company I have ordered before a month and yet they giving reasons for delivery and faking lame reasons and yet not got refund which was initiated before 2 weeks and now they saying they tried delivery but due to some lame reasons delivery issue and yet cheating ...

I have made the payment online to get a faster delivery but till now I am unable to get any clue of my order in "ditch the guilt" I have ordered 3 chocolates ate 89 each and got one for free dur to prepaid order and according to them they provide the parcel in 1-2 days but 4-5 have passed but I have no idea about it and I have made a payment of 267 either provide me my order or make a refund with compensation
