Ditch the guilt did a scam

I ordered chocolates from ditch the guilt where the promised 1 day delivery but have not yet dispatched order , i have pinged everywhere on their email , tried to call also but no reply.

Now my occasion has passed for which i wanted chocolates, i just want refund.
I lost 850/-. Ordered 12 chocos. No response. Neither on mobile nor on whatsapp.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online
complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide


If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
  • Email Escalation (Refund Request)
    • Send a clear refund demand to: info@ditchtheguilt.fit
    • Mention your Order No. 52689, date, and loss due to non-delivery.
    • Set a 7-day deadline for refund.
  • Contact by Phone/WhatsApp
    • Customer Care Number: +91 86575 26591 (try call + WhatsApp message with order details).
  • Payment Gateway Dispute
    • If you paid by credit card / debit card / UPI / Paytm / Razorpay, immediately raise a dispute / chargeback with your bank or wallet provider.
    • Mention that the product was not delivered and the merchant is unresponsive.
