I request your urgent intervention regarding my Singapore Airlines booking (PNR: EF7HDK), booked through Goibibo. I have been trying to add an infant to this booking for the last 25 days, but the issue remains unresolved. Singapore Airlines states that the matter has been escalated and Goibibo has been asked to coordinate with them. However, Goibibo says they are unable to proceed without proper guidance from the airline. As a result, both parties are referring the matter to each other, and my issue is still pending. This is extremely urgent as we require a baby bassinet seat for the infant. If the infant booking is not completed immediately, we may lose the bassinet facility, and carrying the baby on our lap throughout the long journey will be very difficult. Kindly intervene urgently and direct both Singapore Airlines and Goibibo to coordinate and resolve this matter without any further delay.
