Dear Zomato Support and Domino’s Customer Care,
I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding a critical error in an order placed today, May 10, 2026, at approximately 8:50 PM.

I placed an order via Zomato (Order #8102588882, Domino’s Order #305) for a total of ₹1,080. As a vegetarian, I ordered a specifically curated vegetarian meal. However, the service I received was not only delayed but fundamentally unacceptable due to a gross violation of dietary requirements.

Order Details:

  • 1 x Special Party for 2 (Veg)
  • 1 x Sprite 475 ml
  • 4 x Veg Parcel
The Issues:

  1. Significant Delay: The order arrived well past the estimated delivery time.
  2. Severe Food Contamination: Upon opening the Veg Garlic Bread box (part of the Veg Combo), I found 2 Non-Veg Tacos inside.
Serving non-vegetarian items in a box clearly marked as vegetarian is a serious lapse in food safety and operational standards. As a vegetarian, this is not just a "wrong item" issue; it is a violation of my religious and personal beliefs. This mistake has caused significant distress and has completely ruined the dining experience.

I have attached all relevant screenshots of my chat with support and photos of the incorrect items for your reference.

I am demanding the following:

  • Strict action and an investigation into the outlet/person responsible for this cross-contamination.
  • A formal explanation of how this happened and what steps will be taken to ensure it never happens to another customer.
I expect a prompt response regarding this matter.
