Dear Zomato Support and Domino’s Customer Care,
I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding a critical error in an order placed today, May 10, 2026, at approximately 8:50 PM.
I placed an order via Zomato (Order #8102588882, Domino’s Order #305) for a total of ₹1,080. As a vegetarian, I ordered a specifically curated vegetarian meal. However, the service I received was not only delayed but fundamentally unacceptable due to a gross violation of dietary requirements.

- 4 x Veg Parcel
- Significant Delay: The order arrived well past the estimated delivery time.
- Severe Food Contamination: Upon opening the Veg Garlic Bread box (part of the Veg Combo), I found 2 Non-Veg Tacos inside.

I am demanding the following:
- Strict action and an investigation into the outlet/person responsible for this cross-contamination.
- A formal explanation of how this happened and what steps will be taken to ensure it never happens to another customer.
