I ordered an Amul ice cream from zepto. i did not receive the delivery but the delivery guy marked it delivered. I tried calling delivery partner multiple times… no response. I also tried customer care, no response - a guy named binit kr sahu only repeated one thing - we can’t help

If the customer care people are not helping you and not refunding the amount, we suggest you to send a written notice to the Zepto via registered post, ask them for the refund and the compensation with 15 days.

If you will not receive any reply, you can file a consumer case against them, but sending legal notice will strengthen your case in the Cosnsumer Forum.
