Hello,
I have ordered 2 packs chicken from Zepto on 07-07-2026 around 6 PM
After the order delivered when I opened the packet to cook I got the rotten chicken smell and it's completely spoiled.
The item was not fresh when I received it wasn't cold at all.
After clear examination I found the packet has use by date :07-07-2026.
I did reach out to the customer support where the chat support was useless and I have reached over mail and I got the below response(attached snippet).
