Today, we bought a induction stove of Lifelong brand from Zepto. When it arrived, the delivery boy asked us to open it and see if everything is fine. He told us that "7 or 2 days return policy will be there" After this, we checked the stove and turned it on. It was defective and when we asked zepto for return, they said to contact the lifelong company and then closed the chat. After that, when we contacted lifelong they said return will be through zepto. Then we asked zepto again and they said the same thing and closed the chat.
