I have ordered a lamp on Zepto on 24 april.
The item was delivered, but I didnot like the size.hence was continuously trying to raise return request.But it kept on showing the attached popup mentioning store is unavailable to pickup and try after 30 mins.
Tried for above 19 hrs, then I raised a complaint, but they mentioned they will not be able to help from their side.the cost is 670 and inspite of explanation, they kept on telling that they won't be able to extend the window also.i mentioned if something is issue at their side, they should extend it.
I would like to get full refund of this and return the item.
