Hello
@Nis34567
We have carefully reviewed your complaint against
Vodafone Idea Limited.
As per your submission, you purchased a recharge pack worth ₹1,749 which explicitly promised unlimited 5G data. You ensured all prerequisites were in place — a 5G-enabled device (OnePlus Nord 5G), confirmed 5G network coverage in your area, and a plan that clearly stated unlimited 5G as per the terms and conditions. Despite all of this, you have been restricted to a 1.5 GB daily data limit instead of the promised unlimited 5G. When you contacted Vodafone Idea's customer care, instead of resolving the issue, their representative rudely told you that your pack is ineligible and accused you of having a reading problem — which is both factually incorrect and disrespectful.
