I had bought recharge pack worth 1749rs, which promised Unlimited 5g data as shown in screenshots. i made sure that i have 5g network area , 24 hour 5g connection displayed in phone( shown in both the screenshots) ,and plan which provides 5g unlimited as specified in their t&c. Despite all these i am not getting unlimited 5g and i am on 1.5 gb daily data limit . but despite calling them they're saying that my pack is ineligible and i have reading problems, which is untrue and disrespectful towards me.
