Customer care pe complaint bhi ki par koi response nahi or payment sari cut ho gayi emi bhi cut gi or order cancel bhi nahi kar rahe

I dont know the emails are correct or not but I found the emails from consumer court. I purchased Phillips air buds with order ID: OD437844697912717500. When I checked it was defective as left ear bud was not working. I immediately try to put return or replacement request on the portal at that I got to know about brand service. I tried to reach out to an agent and i got connected with one name Kiran first agent with whom I had a word regarding this. She gave me Phillips call number and email address and asked me to call the team for home visit technician to get the air buds fixed. She clearly informed me that home visit can be done by brand at your location or replacement can be done if they deny then need denial letter.

I contacted the Phillips team and informed about everything there I got to know from a senior Abhishek that they dont provide home visit technician for particular product and also don't provide replacement and denial letter already communicated with all ecommere platforms. When he was on call with me at that time I took one agent name Rohan over the call and asked him to talk to Abhishek. Same information which Kiran provided me the same information was provided by Rohan over the call and over the call Abhishek denied for everything. When I asked about email address to address everything from Rohan call disconnected. I again initiated the chat this time Jitender asked me to connect to supervisor I got connected name Anand he also denied for email address. All call records are attached except the Phillips one


Please check and help me out regarding this.
They are not ready to provide any emails for complaint. Now because of this I have to travel 30 km for service center and the product was picked by nearest local store abd delivered to me.
 
I ordered a tablet from flipkart its lenovo legion tab after 7 or 8 days i saw while trying to turn on developer settings on its model given on website and model number on device is different i asked flipkart to hlp me with this they to ask brand abt it then brand told me they can hlp with warrenty which was claimed i hadnt recieved but they couldnt hlp me with return as it was flipkart fault and they did it but i still didnt wanted to keep it cuz it is some chinese model acc. To me flipkart is just wasting time giving deadlines ,sayin talk to brand ,do this do that i had emailed them over 10 times i am still not able to email them i think i started emailing at 13 but still no proper hlp given and idk what to do i didnt knew flipkart can be this scammy,tbh i am minor i am 17 if my mother knew abt tab we ordered is like this and is not able to return she will be very disspointed into me ,can anyone hlp me pls
 
To flipkart,
I have ordered arti sweatheart blouse from flipkart which i returned but no delivery partner has come to receive my product. And the customer care services are of no use they provide with no solution they just keep saying wait and watch the names are riya priyanka and janvi who have talked very rudely with me.
And my pick up was supposed to happen on 5th june now it showes 24 june and they just keep extending the date and do not provide me with refund.
Kindly look into my issue
 
I am facing a 'Something went wrong' error on the loan eligibility page for the last 12 days. App is updated, cache is cleared, but still not working. Please fix this backend glitch.
