Reason for Refund:
The service was found to be non-feasible, and despite continuous discussions with your sales person Sandeep regarding the connection and plan for over a week, he stopped responding professionally on the day of installation and behaved in a manner that felt misleading and scam-like. it’s been more than 72hours and still didn’t receive any mail for confirmation.
As a customer, I am extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional attitude and the inconvenience caused. Since the service was never provided, I kindly request you to initiate a full refund of ₹2828 immediately.
