Dear Mr. Piyush Arora and Skoda India Management Team,
I am writing this email with extreme disappointment regarding the quality of my Skoda Slavia and the lack of response from Skoda Customer Care.
Vehicle Details:
- Vehicle: Skoda Slavia
- Dealer: Speedwork Skoda, Fazalganj, Kanpur
- Vehicle Age: Approximately 5 Months
Despite purchasing a premium vehicle and investing a significant amount of money, I am facing serious quality and safety concerns:
1. Interior parts of the vehicle are coming out on their own.
2. Brake/pedal assembly appears loose and unstable, raising serious safety concerns.
3. The overall quality of certain components is not what a customer expects from a brand like Skoda.
4. I have already raised my concerns with Customer Care, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.
As a customer, I chose Skoda because of its reputation for quality, engineering, and safety. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely opposite. It is unacceptable that a nearly new vehicle is showing such issues within just a few months of purchase.
This matter is not only about inconvenience but also about vehicle safety. I request immediate intervention from the senior management and a thorough inspection of my vehicle by an authorized technical team.
I expect:
- A written response from Skoda India within 48 hours.
- A complete technical inspection of the vehicle.
- A permanent resolution of all defects.
- Clarification on how such issues have occurred in a vehicle that is only 5 months old.
In case I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through the National Consumer Helpline, Consumer Commission, and other appropriate regulatory forums.
I sincerely hope Skoda India will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and restore my confidence in the brand.
