We purchased an Ola Electric scooter for company use Eswari Global Metal Industries Pvt. Ltd. on 29.04.2024. After using the vehicle for about six months, it suddenly broke down.

As per instructions, we handed over the scooter to the Ola Electric Service Centre in Mangalore on 01.05.2025. Even after more than three months, we have not received the scooter back. No clear update has been given regarding repair status or delivery.

To make matters worse, the Mangalore Ola Service Centre has been closed for the past several days, leaving us with no support. Despite repeated emails and reminders to Ola Electric, there has been no proper response.

This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

We request the Hon’ble Consumer Commission to:

1. Direct Ola Electric to return our scooter in proper working condition immediately.


2. Provide compensation for mental agony, operational loss, and harassment caused due to the delay.


3. Award litigation costs in our favor.
