I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my cancelled order and the non-receipt of my refund.
Order Details:
I contacted the restaurant to inquire about the delay, but I did not receive a proper response regarding the status of my order. At approximately 1:45 PM, I received a call from a representative who informed me that they were unable to find a delivery partner and that my order would therefore be cancelled. I was assured that the refund amount of ₹470 would be credited to my account within 24 hours.
When I did not receive the refund after two days, I contacted KFC customer support. I was then informed that refunds generally take 5–7 business days to process. I waited for the specified period and contacted customer support again. During the follow-up call, I was informed that a complaint had been raised and that the concerned restaurant would contact me within 10 hours.
Despite these assurances, more than 12 days have passed, and I have neither received the refund nor any communication regarding the status of my complaint.
I request your immediate attention to this matter and ask that my refund of ₹470 be processed without further delay. I would also appreciate a written update regarding the status of my complaint and the reason for the prolonged delay.
I look forward to a prompt resolution.
