Purchase of Gold AMC for the Aquasure Expert RO WP with the Customer ID 6005600689 and component ID CA-0325-024531209 with the validity from March 25, 2025 unto March 24, 2026 was purchased for the amount of Rs. 5889 by Dave Paul Joseph. A service request was made on 29 March 2025. The technician claimed this product was obsolete and service could not be provided for the same, following which he set the machine to have a higher TDS than it had making the water undrinkable. Subsequent complaints to the company via their helpline and other provided numbers resulted in no major action being taken. Email correspondence resulted in a response saying that a refund for the AMC cannot be provided due to company policy.
Following frequent complaints to the service center I came to find that the AMC is no longer present under my number and my account name was edited to change my name and an unknown device was added under my number.
Currently I am not able to access the AMC details in the app either barring me from getting the order details and invoice.
