I purchased Exide Battery about 42 months ago that has a warranty for 48 months for full replacement. I repeatedly called multiple times for visit and the following procedure. Thay kept promising me that they will soon take care of it but no progress is there. I am mentally exhausted for the pathetic service delivery for the same. I have my valid reasons to pursue this forum for resolution of my problem. I had to purchase another battery because of delay in the service delivery costing around 10000 rupees.
Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Exide (exideindustrieslimited@exide.co.in), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to replace the Battery. Attach all the related documents like bill copy.
Apart from the email, contact Excide customer support through WhatsApp Support Channel (70440 00000).

I am currently facing an issue with my inverter, which is not working. I have raised a complaint with Exide customer service through WhatsApp and also via the quick link provided on their website. However, it has been more than a week, and no one has attended to the service request. The booked service ID shows that the request has been assigned to a particular technician, who is supposedly on the way to provide the service. I tried calling the technician at the number listed in the service request, and the engineer answered. He informed me that he resigned from the company a long time ago and does not know why his name is still associated with the request. I have attempted to contact customer support through various channels but have yet to receive any response. I never expected this kind of service from a reputed brand like Exide. As a customer, I am completely disappointed. It seems I should no longer recommend this brand to anyone I know. I request and expect Exide to take immediate action upon receiving this email. If no action is taken, I am afraid you will regret treating your customers this way.
