I have taken AMC for AO Smith Pro Planet P4 water purifier for Rs. 5,500 in the month of June 2025.

I raised a complaint request with AO Smith customer care for the product not working on 22nd July 2025 at around 8.30 am in the morning. The technician Rizvan Shaikh - 8451807279 visited on 24th July 2025, after inspection he says he forgot the spare part which will take another one day to get it replaced.

Next day i.e. 25th July 2025 he visited and replaced the part but fails to check whether machine is dispensing water or not and was in hurry to leave.

Both the technician and his handler/manager (Vipin Singh - 7666252885) are not bothered to even take calls from the customer nor they have the curtesy to call back with the updated status.

I requested them that I have a patient at my home and I can not afford to let them drink contaminated water, still they are less bothered.
