I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the poor customer service I have experienced in relation to my OLA vehicle, which has been immobilized due to a hub motor problem. Despite raising a service request on 5th August 2025, there has been no proper resolution or clear communication from your end for over two months now.

This extended delay has caused severe inconvenience in my daily life. I have had to depend on rental bikes during this period, leading to a significant financial and personal burden.

I have reached out to customer care team multiple times via calls, Twitter, and emails, but the responses have been delayed, inconsistent, and unhelpful. Even after visiting the service center multiple times, I have only been told that the “motor part is not available” and that a request has been raised. However, there has been no update or written ETA despite repeated assurances and missed deadlines.

This kind of experience is highly disappointing and unacceptable for a premium electric vehicle brand like OLA. I request your team to urgently look into this matter and provide a clear solution at the earliest.
