I had ordered Samsung Galaxy M36 5G (Velvet Black, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB Storage)| Circle to Search| Google Gemini| Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+| 7.7mm Slim| AI Enhanced 50 MP OIS Triple Camera| Unmatched Nightography on 28 August 2025 vide Order # 406-0339161-5036313. Amazon website claims that they delivered the product on 29th Aug 2025 which is totally false, I have not received the product. Amazon is claiming they delivered the product and are neither willing to give any replacement not refunding the money. Frauds. I have an email from them dated 30th Aug 2025 stating that they have not delivered the product and they will attempt delivery again on a subsequent business day. Even then they keep saying our system says you cant get any refund or replacements. Big Chor.

I have emailed Amazon many times even written to Samsung.

Dear Amazon Customer Service and Grievance team,

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my order placed on 28th August, scheduled for delivery on 29th August. Your system falsely shows the item as delivered on the 29th, whereas I have not received the phone to date.

On raising the complaint immediately, I received an email from Amazon on 30th August acknowledging that the package was undelivered and assuring delivery on the next business day. However, I am now being informed that since your system reflects delivery, no action can be taken. This is contradictory, misleading, and unacceptable.

Such conduct not only amounts to deficiency of service but also raises concerns of potential fraud or cybercrime under relevant laws. Please note that this matter must be resolved within 48 hours by either delivering the phone or issuing a full refund.

I trust Amazon will act responsibly to avoid escalation. Kindly treat this matter with utmost urgency and confirm the corrective action being taken.
