My bike 3 It is standing in the showroom of Nashik since last one month and the issue is that its battery has gone bad, the warranty of the bike is over now, 2 years are left but the company is saying take the battery for Rs. 38000 but earlier it was told that The battery warranty is for 5 years, so what should we pay the money for? And for the last 3 months they are not picking up our calls, they are not giving any solution, they are just asking us to pay the money. Now what should we do in Nashik, we have Rs 1 lakh 75 thousand. There has been a loss of Rs. 10000. Please help us. I have added bike issue in this. Please help us and either get us a new battery for the bike or get our entire money back. We are in a lot of trouble.I am here, this is the problem of many of us, so many people's bikes are kept at the showroom in Nashik for many years, please help me or I can also file a case in the High Court, please request.
