I Booked a bus ticket to travel Bangalore from Chennai (YBM TRAVELS) BOOKING ID NU712241170911222- . Bus timing was 6:45 am. But the bus was delayed to 9:15 am. So I booked another bus ticket and travelled (booking id - NU710471170929584). I need a refund for a non-travelled bus ticket (booking id NU712241170911222). Second time I was facing this issue. Go for consumer court about your customer service. I had bad customer service. Your people were not connected with me for Clafriction simply they are updating problems resolved. otherwise, you need to connect with the bus operator with a conference call. I won't leave this Problem alone. From 5/04/2026 morning I was trying to find that your customer call was Not Connecting.
One person can travel in two buses.They were given contact numbers to connect with them, no one picking the call. You people need to answer me i have booked from your application. I NEED JUSTICE FOR THIS PROBLEM
REFUND AMOUNT IS 1000.
