Refund Not Receive even after repeated follow up and reminder

I have book my hotel reservation on 12-May-2026 with make my trip .com , I was book room in Uday Palace Navsari, A Member Of Radisson Individuals.

I had free cancellation windon till 15-May-2026 which I had partially cancel . Intially I had book 2 room ( 3 Adult and 1 Child which was below 5 years ) which i had cancelled to 1 room with ( 2 Adult and 1 Child which was below 5 years)

Initally Booking amount paid on 12-May-2026 was INR 10025 (Fully Paid)- Booking Confirmation ID - NH73168485049700, PNR - 0176407692, Hotel Confirmation No 0176407692.
I have requested by partial cancellation on 12-May-2026 which is before 15-May-2026 to which i have receive revised booking confirmation.
Revised Booking amount paid was INR 5273 ( adjusted against early booking amount ) and receive revised Booking Confirmation ID NH24105485135620, PNR -0176438064, Hotel Confirmation No 0176438064.

I am supposed to receive refund INR 4751.99 to my original mode of payment , which till date i.e 04-June-2026 I have not receive.

I have followed with Make My Trip Customer care Ph No 0124-4628747 Three time and my complaint is still not resolve
1. 24-May-2026 - 7:51 PM - Says reslove without getting any refund from Make my Trip
2. 02-June-2026 - 12:37 AM - Pending - Unreslove
3. 07-June-2026 - 05:27 PM - Pending - Unreslove

Also Website have issued invoice of INR 5273.1 - Invoice No M06HL27I02658992, dated 17-May-2026 which is hereby enclosed.

Even my Cash reward was revised , enclosed is confirmation for the same .

Request you to please help me and get my refund as earlier as possible.
