Refund not given by goibibo despite of zero cancelation policy

I booked the flight on 11th February 2026 from Chandigarh to Bagdogra (Connecting flight = Chandigarh to delhi and delhi to Bagdogra on 4th April 2026). But after some days Chandigarh to delhi flight delayed from airline side by 45 minutes, due to this i am not able to catch my connecting flight. So i cancell my complete ticket on 12th march 2026. I had also taken the zero Cancelational Plan additionally . But today is approx 4 month completed and still i didnt received the refund. I call multiple time to goibibo but they give no solution ang just say wait for 48 hrs again and again. this is totally hassasment done to me by goibibo. I want to file a complain against them.
i have taken full zero cancelation policy also and also after cancelation of flight ticket i call to goibibo customer care number and thwy said your refund request processed and wait for 48hrs, but till date no refund given . MY BOOKING ID IS :- GOFLDNTAJJKE9087576

this is totally fruad.
