I had placed order no 108026 for 5 number of calathea lutea plant costing around 400 along with a shipping charge of 180 under the pretext of speed shipping on october 1 from the website of the company. However, even after 40 days of order i havent received any product. I havent received any updates on shipping , tracking of the plants yet even after 40 days of placement of order on the companies website. On enquiry i was told twice that my product is couried and gave me a wrong tracking id which showed delivery to andra pradhesh , i flagged this and questioned them and on followup i was told my address does not have DTDC courier service available hence they are senting it via indian post . I had requested to refund my amount however the same was not paid after repeated requests . I bought the plants for my new house but this was not delivered on time as mentioned in their website causing me severe mental agony and stress even after regular followups . They tried to cheat me under by giving wrong tracking id and made me beleive i would get the product

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
There are many people who have got scammed from them. When I asked them for a refund after 30 days, they ignored my email, so I sent them a legal notice, then within a day they sent an order, basically forcing me to accept it. I am not confident that they will send me the exact plants I ordered (it takes time to set and bloom the plant) as I have seen many testimonies of customers facing the same problem with them on social media.
