We sent an item through DTDC courier on 11 Oct 25 and it was expected to be delivered by 20 July. 25 However, since then, the tracking status continues to show the parcel as "in transit."

I have been following up multiple times with DTDC’s customer helpline, but they have been unable to provide any concrete support or update since today 8th nov 25. I was told that my issue has been escalated as a "missing item," and once it is found, it will be delivered to my location.

The critical point here is that the item was sent for seasonal festival business. If the festival is over, the delivery becomes meaningless. My family depends on this small business, and this delay has caused both financial and emotional distress.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care (customersupport@dtdc.com) of the DTDC, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to deliver the packet, else you will will file a consumer case against DTDC. This step not only gives the DTDC a chance to address the issue and deliver/find your packet but also helps strengthen your case against them, if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond...
