I am filing this complaint against ZEPTO due to an unsatisfactory and unresolved grievance regarding an incomplete product delivery, and the company’s refusal to provide support or redress despite multiple attempts.

Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the bottle was delivered without the essential child-use lid, which is a critical part of the item. Without it, the product is unusable and unsafe for children, thus defeating the purpose of the purchase.3.
After discovering the incompleteness in the delivery:- I immediately contacted the customer support team via app/email.
- Despite explaining the issue clearly, I was met with a dismissive and uncooperative response.
- The team refused to acknowledge the missing component and denied any resolution, such as sending the missing part, replacing the product, or initiating a refund.
- No investigation or escalation was offered, despite multiple follow-ups.

- The product was bought for a child and cannot be used in its current form.
- The experience has caused inconvenience, emotional distress, and a waste of time and money.
- The denial of support and resolution reflects a serious lapse in customer service and is in violation of consumer rights.

I request the Hon’ble Forum to kindly:- Direct the company to provide the missing lid or replace the product with a complete, functional unit.
- Alternatively, initiate a full refund of the product price.
- Direct the company to issue a formal apology for the poor customer handling.
- Impose a suitable penalty or compensation for mental harassment and time loss, as deemed appropriate.
