Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a complaint regarding the non-receipt of the EV subsidy for my Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 scooter purchased on 15 August 2024.
At the time of purchase, the company assured me that the Delhi EV subsidy amount would be credited within 6 months. My scooter is properly registered in Delhi, and all required formalities and documents were completed from my side. However, despite waiting for almost 2 years, I have still not received the subsidy amount.
I have contacted Ola Electric support multiple times, but no proper resolution or clear information has been provided. This delay has caused financial inconvenience and mental harassment.
I request the Consumer Court Department to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action against the company for delaying the subsidy process and not fulfilling the commitment made at the time of sale.
