My vehicle currently under service since last 25-04-26

I faced an issue where I was unable to change the mode from Parked to Drive, making the vehicle unusable. I handed over my scooter to service center for repair, but they are creating a job card on 05-05-26, however till now my vehicle was not repaired and handover to me,
if contact the service team they are saying we repair your vehicle please conatct us after 2days it happen repeatedly,if am contact the customer support they saying we are escalting the complaint out team will reach you shortly,

Your Ola S1X (4kW) developed a fault where the vehicle mode could not be switched from Parked to Drive, making it completely unusable. You handed over the scooter to the Ola service centre at Sulur on 25th April 2026, but they only created a job card on 5th May 2026 — a full 10 days later. Even after that, the vehicle has neither been repaired nor returned to you.

Every time you follow up with the service team, they keep asking you to "contact after 2 days" — and this keeps repeating with no resolution in sight. When you escalated to customer support, all you received was a standard response that the complaint has been escalated and someone will reach out shortly — but nobody ever does.

Your vehicle has been sitting at the service centre for over a month now with no accountability, no timeline, and no communication — which is completely unacceptable.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to support@olaelectric.com, grievanceofficer@olaelectric.com outlining your issue, including vehicle details and request to repair within 7 days.

Step: 2 - Offline
You can also send Legal Notice via registered post at Ola Electric Head Office.

This step not only gives the a chance to Ola Electric to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
