Bike Ola scooter’s service the worst! It’s been 17days with no update, now they want to replace my hub motor with a refurbished one which is under warrenty

I purchased an Ola scooter about three years ago, trusting the brand for my daily commute. On 11th September, the scooter suddenly broke down while I was driving, and I had to push it to the nearest service centre in the scorching sun. After inspection, I was told the motor had failed, which is shocking for such a new vehicle. Despite being under warranty, the service centre informed me they would repair or fit a refurbished motor instead of providing a new replacement. My scooter has now been stuck there for 17 days, and the service centre is still unsure of the time frame as they are waiting for the hub motor to be delivered.
