I ordered a side stand for my Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 on 19-04-2026. At the time of ordering, the expected delivery date was shown as 27-04-2026. However, as of 31-05-2026, I have still not received the product.

I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. The delay has caused significant inconvenience.

What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper service support and the limited availability of service centers. Instead of focusing solely on increasing vehicle sales, the company should prioritize improving after-sales service, spare parts availability, and customer support.

I strongly urge the company to address these issues immediately and ensure timely delivery of ordered parts and better support for existing customers.
