I have ordered Ola Roadster X+ 9.1 Kwh on April 3rd 2026 - via Online Channel (Olaelectric.com) website. Till today, I do not have any delivery date or status nor any communication from Ola electric team. Online calls to 33113311 or 68964050 or 4000 - doesn't given any information & IVR calls get disconnected every time even though called through my registered mobile number & I have only 1 number. No response to Email & no option to cancel & get refund also. Offline stores doesn't know about this at all, they are not supporting & getting vehicle information nor track it. Its been frustrating & disappointment for me & now I would like to cancel order & get my amount refund with interest.
Could you please let me know what as common man we could do here? when no response from Company in any format. :( I do not know what to do.. I lost 1.7 L to this Olaelectric scam.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to support@olaelectric.com, grievanceofficer@olaelectric.com outlining your issue, including vehicle details and request to repair within 7 days...
