Hi,
I have given my OLA electric scooter for a minor repair. Registration number being KA59K4343. I have given for service in Singasandra service centre. It has been 8 days and it says the battery is critical now as the service centre has not charged it. Due to their negligence, now there is a possibility that the battery may drain completely and will cause issue to the battery in the future. Request you to interfere and take action against OLA electric for their pathetic service.

What started as a minor repair could now result in permanent battery damage, causing you additional financial loss on top of the inconvenience of being without your vehicle for over a week.
