Consumer Complaint Against MakeMyTrip
Subject: Non-Confirmation of Flight Booking Despite Payment Deduction and Lack of Customer Support
I wish to file a complaint against MakeMyTrip regarding a flight booking for which payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the booking was not confirmed.
Details of the complaint:
The booking page indicated that if the booking was not confirmed within the specified time, a full refund would be initiated. Despite this assurance, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I have attempted to contact MakeMyTrip customer support multiple times, but have not received proper assistance. I was informed that no cancellation booking could be found, even though payment had already been collected.
This has caused inconvenience, uncertainty regarding my travel plans, and unnecessary time spent pursuing customer support.
