I ordered an electronic notebook b751 from tecvoza.com
But i got an headphones instead of the electronic notebook
They backed with 14 days replacement policy and 24 hrs textback
And i mailed them on 29th but still i got no replies
No return or refund or replacement issued yet

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
Same problem here
They were spamming ads on my phone and it autofilled my address I don't know how
The cash on delivery option was chosen and I got a call from the blue dart guy saying that the order was delivered.

Complaint Against tecvoza.com – Wrong Product Delivered (Possible Fraud)

I placed an order on Tecvoza.com
for an E-paper notebook / e-reader, but instead of the ordered product, I received a fake headphone, which is completely unrelated to my purchase.

This is not a minor mistake but a serious case of wrong product delivery and potential consumer fraud. I have clear proof of the order details and images of the item received, which do not match the product advertised or purchased.

I have attempted to raise this issue for resolution, but there has been no satisfactory response so far. I am requesting immediate action, either:

Delivery of the correct product along with pickup of the wrongly delivered item, OR

A full refund of the amount paid.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against the seller for misleading practices and violation of consumer rights.

I am submitting this complaint to seek justice and to prevent other consumers from facing similar issues.

And I mailed them on 12th Jan 2026 but still I got no replies
No return or refund or replacement issued yet..
 
Same thing happened to me, I recently ordered E-Paper note B751 Black & white E reader Smart Digital Note-Book as displayed on site, but I got delivered cheap quality headphone. I used COD payment mode.

Same here. Its a totally fraud company. They dont even reply to mails. The mobile number given in the bill is not existing.

Same with me. There is no way to contact them. Its a fraud company. They dont reply to emails. the mobile number printed on their bill does not exist. In their Insta account also you can't comment.

I face same issue.
They are cheaters.
