No refund or no replacement on order from techvoza.com

I ordered an electronic notebook b751 from tecvoza.com
But i got an headphones instead of the electronic notebook
They backed with 14 days replacement policy and 24 hrs textback
And i mailed them on 29th but still i got no replies
No return or refund or replacement issued yet
Not just getting not giving refund but now they just started it with new name Nextrofy.com it is total fraud.
 
I had faced the same problem, their customer support executive assured me correct delivery but haven't received either the correct product or refund, have mailed them but no response and now their site is unreachable, raised a complaint against the wrong delivery but no resolution yet. New way of extortion
 
Complaint Against tecvoza.com - Wrong Product Delivered (Possible Fraud)

I placed an order on Tecvoza.com

for an E-paper notebook / e-reader, but instead of the ordered product, I received a fake headphone, which is completely unrelated to my purchase.

This is not a minor mistake but a serious case of wrong product delivery and potential consumer fraud. I have clear proof of the order details and images of the item received, which do not match the product advertised or purchased.

I have attempted to raise this issue for resolution, but there has been no satisfactory response so far. I am requesting immediate action, either:

Delivery of the correct product along with pickup of the wrongly delivered item, OR

A full refund of the amount paid.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action against the seller for misleading practices and violation of consumer rights.

I am submitting this complaint to seek justice and to prevent other consumers from facing similar
