I booked a round-trip journey for 3 passengers from New Delhi to Srinagar from 30 Jul 2026 to 4 Aug 2026, PNR 7VI7NN and 7VIROV. Air India unilaterally changed our return flight from 4 Aug to 5 Aug, disrupting our entire itinerary. This unexpected change makes our trip impossible due to prior personal and professional commitments and results in additional expenses for accommodation, meals, and other arrangements. As this is a round-trip booking, the schedule change has rendered the entire journey unusable, forcing us to cancel the trip. Despite repeated requests, both Air India and Goibibo have refused to provide a full refund, even though the disruption was caused solely by the airline. We request immediate intervention and a 100% refund of the complete round-trip booking, as we should not bear financial losses for an airline-initiated schedule change. The airlines unilateral action also affected hotel bookings, leave approvals, and planned commitments for all three travellers. This is unfair.

I have paid 32827 rs as total amount for this round trip.
