I have purchased a US polo sneakers shoe fro a store in Hyderabad, within 3 days ,my shoe's sole was torn off,I have raised a complaint with the US polo customer care within 10 days of purchasing the shoes,but it's almost more than 2 months,they have not done anything for my complaint,I have called them several times but they say we have raised your complaint and they are doing nothing.
