The above-referenced flight, which was cancelled due to the weather conditions prevailing in Delhi on December 15th. The airlines (Air India) wrote an official email to me saying that I am eligible for a refund but MakeMyTrip needs to reach out to them to get it issued. I have been following up with MMT since December with no response.
They do not have any number that can enable me to talk to a human being either. In spite of spending lakhs through their platform, the service cannot get worse.
