I have booked a hotel room in kakinada for 19th july through make my trip website and the website showed availability and the booking was confirmed for which i repaid 2280 rs. When i arruved at the hotel they denied having any rooms available and we were told to adjust in one room instead of the two we booked which was also nonnac and when i argued with the owner he told us to travel to someother place he owned another hotel and gave us two rooms there which was nothing like the rooms i booked which was shown on the website . I clearly booked for a superior room which were shown differently on the website . Not only did they deny us that room saying it was unavailable, they gave us worse rooms after making us travel to another place and they wouldn’t even do it quick we had tk wait for like 1.5 hr in the middle of the night. When i complained to make my trip about it demanina refund or compensation they said it was a mon refundable booking . But the nonrefundable part was supposed to he when i cancel the reservations not when the hotel denies to accommodate us . I request you to somve this matter
