I booked flight SpiceJet flight SG 5023 Booking ID NN7AK69O74664355113 through make my trip site booking date 17 Mar2026 Departure date 25 Mar 2026 at 11.35 am from Dubai (DXB) airport. The airline SpiceJet reschedule this flight from different airport ( Fujairah) on 25 Mar 2026 at around 1 am midnight. and no shuttle service provided by airline from Dubai to Fujairah. so before 3 days of departure I make the request for cancelation and issue full refund and i booked other ticket in emirates airline. Since last more then 1 month I am taking follow-up from make my trip and SpiceJet for my refund but they are not giving me proper resolution and refund status. After many follow-ups and complaint in Airsewa Spicejet refund full amount to Make my trip and send me confirmation email which i attached with this complaint. then I continues follow-ups with make my trip for proceed my refund but they ( Make my trip) totally denied to issue refund and said ticket was not refundable . Then I make conversation on Make my trip application chatbot and chatbot (Myra) said my amount is already refunded from Make my trip and provide me transection detail which i attached with this complaint. i don't understand on one side Make my trip email me that my ticket was non refundable and they can not refund and on other side their ( Make my trip ) chat bot (Myra) provide me refund transection details. They ( Make my trip) running a scam with honest customer they take the refund money from Airlines and not refunding to the customer. Still i did not received any money from Make my trip. I am tired to get follow-u every day but (makemytrip) are not taking any responsibility for refund and giving customer money back. After many followup i am writing this issue with you ( Consumer couurt). I feel like got Froud or harassments. I request you please help me in this matter and take necessary action on Make my trip management for there wrong commitments and unprofessional customer service. Thank you
