I booked a flight ticket from MakeMyTrip app and after paying the full amount my pnr was not generated after taking to customer support of mmt they told me booking was failed and refund will be initiated with 24-72 hours. Since I cannot raise refund request by my myself from the app, I used MakeMyTrip to raise a refund for me for which they also shared email that refund is initiated. But MMT is just postponing my refund date and isn't very helpful through this procedure. I have tried calling their customer support but all they do is patch me to an automated robotic call where they ask me to press numbers. If pressing numbers but have solved my issue, I won't be talking about it here. MMT is the worst place for ticket bookings since they don't even have customer support. I have tried everything in my disposal. Tried calling them, tried escalating the issue through the app itself but all it does is postpone my refund request date. They say they have escalated the issue but they don't even provide me with any information regarding the process, not even a customer grievance ID to track my request. I have to open the app only to see my refund hasn't been escalated yet.
Kindly look into this matter and ask MakeMyTrip to refund my money for failed booking.
