Why has LLOYD failed to resolve the AC cooling issue despite multiple complaints and service visits for over 57 days, forcing us to purchase a new AC, stabilizer, and cooler during peak summer? Why is the company asking for paid repair just days after warranty expiry, when the problem was reported well within the warranty period?
