I have booked two air tickets from Bengaluru to Bangkok (BKK)
1. One is departing from 18th December 2025 and return on 22nd December 2025 (Booking Id GOFLISTAGGF24561530) (PNR GHTCDL)
2. One is departing from 18th December 2025 and returning on 26th December 2025. (Booking id GOFLISTAGD205458787) (PNR IAYPRZ)
in the flight Thai Lion airline number SL-217.
However, on 1st of October I got the information from Goibibo saying that the departure flight got delayed by 2 days from Bengaluru and departing on 20th December 2025.
Now the airline and goibibo is rejected to give alternative flights on 18th December 2025 with any departing time. and they are saying that I have to cancel the air ticket and rebook or depart from the flight which is rescheduled by 2 days.
This is unacceptable we have other bookings like hotels and local transportation which will become loss to us if I depart from rescheduled flights and If I decide to cancel and rebook the flight, the fares are at its peak now. so both the option provided by Goibibo is not viable for me.
Total expected loss would be 30,000/-
Please register a complaint and compensate for our loss.
