I have logged in to Imobile app of ICICI

There they have shown CIBIL score option
just i have pressed on it

That's it deducted 440 Rs /- from my account and they it is charging fee for which they provide that report

My concern is with out my interference they have debited this amount where i really do not require that report
and also i have not gave any UPI pin for this transaction


I need my money back ,

Have you contacted to the bank for the same, if not please send them an email and ask them for the clarification and refund.

Wait for their reply, and revert us back after 7 days.
