I am pained to inform the humiliation caused by Eureka Forbes Company following is the detail:

#BGK1K94701861172 Transaction ID- By card Date of Purchase - 2025-04-07
Amount paid- 21499/-Reg Mobile no- 9418105200 Complaint no - CM-110425-
48698630 consumer is saying that the consumer had purchased RO online from
Eureka Forbes Company and the installation of the consumer's product has not
been done yet by the company for which the consumer had registered a complaint
with the company but no solution has been provided by the company for which the
consumer wants to complain.
After waiting for 08 days after the promised date of installation that was on 11/04/2025 when I decided to return the product as there was an option to return upto 21/04/2025 due to worst services,the company replied that return due to non-installation not comes under return policy. I was shocked to hear as the product is like a heap of garbage for me .
Now I am seeking return, refund as wel as compensation due to humiliation and torture caused by the company. I have got all documents as wel as 10 days regular E mails and correspondence.
A complaint against the company in National Consumer Helpline website vide complaint no. 7019655 also open .
