Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.
Online
We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the
Goibibo (
grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, that no room was provided even after pre-booking and requesting for
Compensation and also ask them to
Refund the amount.
This step not only gives the
Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..

You can also send Legal Notice via registered post at
Goibibo Head Office.
