I have booked my brother flight from delhi to venice via Goibibo and it was gulf airline. Unfortunately it cancelled by airlines but Goibibo didn't update anything earlier. After contacting them multiple times i got my flight cancelled on their website and requested for refund. Its been a month there is no updates regarding refund it still shows same since 7th March. I just request to process my refund as soon as possible. I have attached screenshot of my booking details as well refund tracking status.
